
Fees & Billing
This practice operates as a private, contracted-out practice. Patients are responsible for settling consultation fees at the time of the visit. A detailed invoice of statement of account will be provided, which may be submitted to your medical aid or insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
The basic fee for a general consultation is R800.
Please note that reimbursement from medical aids or insurance providers may vary according to your individual policy.

Appointments
Appointments can easily be scheduled online. Simply click on the provided booking link, which will take you to a page where you can select a suitable date and time for your consultation. You may also send a WhatsApp message to the practice cellphone number, indicating the date and approximate time you would prefer for your appointment. We will respond to confirm availability. Online or by WhatsUp are the preferred methods for making appointments, but you are also welcome to contact the practice by telephone if needed.Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be guided to complete a short online form that includes general personal information, relevant medical information, and the necessary consent documents.If you are unable to complete the forms online in advance, they can also be completed at the practice when you arrive for your consultation.

Please note that the practice does not provide after-hours or weekend medical services. If you require medical assistance outside of normal consulting hours, please contact MediClinic in George, where qualified healthcare professionals will be able to assist you.
